This website (“Site”) is owned and operated by MC-ZERO Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using this Site, you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you must not use the Site. Your use of the Site is also subject to our Privacy Policy

2. Website Provides Information Only (No Online Sales Contract)

 

This Site provides general information about MC ZERO products and services. It does not constitute an offer, acceptance, or a binding sales contract. Any purchase of products will be handled off website by our sales team or through authorised dealers and will be governed by separate Sales Terms agreed at the time of order. Until those Sales Terms are executed, no contract is formed by your use of the Site, your enquiry, or any correspondence arising from the Site.

3. Product Information, Specifications & Pre Production Variations

 

We aim to keep all information accurate and current; however, all data is provided in good faith and is correct to the best of our knowledge at the time of publication, and variations may occur prior to final production release. Images, renders, colours, materials, dimensions, weights, performance estimates, range, and other technical data shown on the Site are illustrative/approximate and subject to change without notice. Final specifications will be confirmed during the offline sales process.

4. Ownership of Content & Permitted Use

 

All content on the Site—including text, images, videos, brochures, logos, graphics, and page design—is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and print content for personal, non commercial use only. You must not copy, adapt, distribute, display, create derivative works from, or use any content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent. 

 

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights in this Site and its content are owned by MC-ZERO Limited. This includes, without limitation:

• product designs, hull forms, components, and mechanical or electrical system concepts;

• technical drawings, preliminary specifications, performance data, CAD renderings, and pre production models;

• photographs, videos, graphics, animations, and promotional materials;

• the MC ZERO name, logo, branding elements, and all associated trademarks;

• text content, brochures, downloadable materials, and any other material published on the Site.

 

All such materials are protected by copyright, design rights, trademark laws, and other intellectual property laws in New Zealand and internationally. All rights are reserved.

You must not:

• copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, transmit, or commercially exploit any content;

• reverse engineer, deconstruct, replicate, or attempt to recreate any part of the product design or technical material;

• use any MC ZERO trademarks, branding, or images without our prior written permission;

• upload or share our content on other websites, social media, or printed material without express written approval.

You may view, print, or download content for personal, non commercial use only and only where such use does not infringe on our intellectual property rights.

Any unauthorised use of our intellectual property may result in legal action, including but not limited to claims for damages and injunctive relief.
