2. Website Provides Information Only (No Online Sales Contract)
This Site provides general information about MC ZERO products and services. It does not constitute an offer, acceptance, or a binding sales contract. Any purchase of products will be handled off website by our sales team or through authorised dealers and will be governed by separate Sales Terms agreed at the time of order. Until those Sales Terms are executed, no contract is formed by your use of the Site, your enquiry, or any correspondence arising from the Site.

3. Product Information, Specifications & Pre Production Variations
We aim to keep all information accurate and current; however, all data is provided in good faith and is correct to the best of our knowledge at the time of publication, and variations may occur prior to final production release. Images, renders, colours, materials, dimensions, weights, performance estimates, range, and other technical data shown on the Site are illustrative/approximate and subject to change without notice. Final specifications will be confirmed during the offline sales process.

All content on the Site—including text, images, videos, brochures, logos, graphics, and page design—is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.
